i have the relay jumped as shown in the diagram. if i remove the jumper the truck takes off sluggishly.i tied the orange and black wire directly to the neg on the bat, no change, no stall at a stop, or beter acc through the gears.i'm connecting the grond to the wire in the harness at the computer under the hood behind the air box.
sholuld i connect to the wire going to the computer it self.

Its the B11 wire , Youll will know its locked when your rolling , you will feel it before you even try and stop. There are 2 wire s with the orange strip , make sure you have the right one. I traced the wire from behind the air cleaner and tapped in about over the valve cover. Doesnt mater were you tap from just a convenient spot
the truck on a snap on scanner tool shows the converter locking up. with the wire cut in half the truck drives normal. im splicing the center harness orange with black stripe.
with the switch and scaner it will not lock .
if this wire controls the converter when it is cut in half the truck drives normal?
