Wire Tap switch
If you are running L1 it does not use the pump wire anyhow.
Basically if you had it on a switch and you turned it off it would make no difference on L1. Only on L2 and above on the Juice.
If you are running injectors and a Juice or bigger box you are going to need to replace that little HY9 or it is going to get hot. That is a really cute, teeny tiny turbo!!!!!!

I have my juice wire tap fixed up on a relay, its nice because I can drive around town on 5x5 in ez mode and blow pretty good clouds of smoke then if need be I can flip the switch and do some racin, I didnt have any luck with it just wiring it on a switch, I think the wire gave too much resistance, but on the relay setup im using now it works great, I have used it several times and never had a problem.

Im thinkin i ran a hot wire from battery in to the cab to my switch then back out to the battery box, where my wire that goes to the VP is, so at that point all i had was a switched wire at the battery box, then installed the relay with crimp on terminals, and ran the ground wire from the relay to the batt. then splice the wire for the VP on the appropriate terminals on the relay and zip tie it up good and your good to go
