would a factory plate and 370's be too much for the stock auto trans if i am not hard on it till i get a trans.

 

Self control is the key, and like most you will lose it and then need a tranny at a most inopt time!!!!!!!!!!! I laugh when I hear guys say I will control it with my foot!!! I couldn't. But it will give you a reason to hurry on the tranny. Goodluck,,Rick

 

oh so true. God i HATE auto's wish i would have held out for a 5-speed more and more every day
