Will these wheels work?

I don't think you want them anyway. 
If they are for a railway pickup they have a really wierd offset and will move your tires closer to the centerline of the truck narrowing the track. This is done so the wheel track of the truck will match the train track width so the truck can use it's own power to move down the rails. The wheels have to be so big because with the strange offset they would not clear the brakes and everything else with a normal size wheel.
