I found these on ebay. I know they would probably need some work to fit the hubs, but for the price I can do that. Here is the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...NA:MOTORS:1123

You don't want steel rims that big. Talk about heavy!! Holy Cow!!!!
There's a reason the 19.5" and 22.5" rims are aluminum....

if they are off of a railroad truck won't they have a funny offset?

I don't think you want them anyway.
If they are for a railway pickup they have a really wierd offset and will move your tires closer to the centerline of the truck narrowing the track. This is done so the wheel track of the truck will match the train track width so the truck can use it's own power to move down the rails. The wheels have to be so big because with the strange offset they would not clear the brakes and everything else with a normal size wheel.

Yeah the offset on those would give you a very narrow track.

Ive had 6 steel 19.5s on my truck for 50,000 miles, it drives alot better than the 16"s. The only regret I have is that I didn't put them on sooner.
