my truck is still stock if i open the waste gate on the turbo will it hurt it if not wich way do you turn left or right on passenger side and how many times

 

Why do you want your wastegate open more?

 

The more you open it, the less boost you'll get. You want it closed more. But unless you add more fuel, your not really going to get anymore power.

 

from what I understand if you up the boost with no boost fooler module on the truck you will set a trouble code in the computer and your check engine light will come one...<br><br><br>I do believe it will also defuel but I'm not 100 % sure on that one

More air doesn't equal more power. Unless your a gasser.

 

diesel are simple more air in with more air out you have more power, hence the turbo. Have closed the wastegate on both trucks never over boosted and set my engine light first one had power puck. wastegate open in effect i believe prevents the turbo from doing its job
