will these tires fit under there?

I'm getting ready to buy new tires for my 18x9.5 rims. I have a 2" spacer lift and a 3" body lift. I am looking to buy either the pro-comp x-terrians 37x13.50x18 or Nitto's Mud Grappler in 38x15.50x18 . I currently run BFG M/T's 35x12.50x18 and they have served me well for 30k, but now I need new ones. I have a good idea the 37's will fit but I wonder about the 38's. Would I need the longer control arms to push the axle out a bit or could I just squeek by? also, what happens when you put a 15.50 wide tire on a 9.5 rim? Will it not hold the bead, or is that just a warning they use to cover thier butts in case of a blowout. the 38's are only $10 more than the 37's, and they look way better and I've heard better reviews about them, but I don't want to have to lift my truck and change my rims to get them? any ideas? I've got a week and a half till the truck show.

I'd stick with the 37's. They are and aren't trying to cover their rear end when saying a 15.5 won't fit on a 9.5.
