Hey guys are the beds on the 3rd gen and 2nd gen similar in shape? I know a guy selling his 3rd gen shell and I'd like to buy it. I guess it's ok if it's a tiny bit off, I'm not too picky. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!

Well I think I'm going to get it. I talked to him and were gonna meet up. He's asking a very fair price so I guess I can't go wrong. It's also in very good condition supposedly. Like you said, it may not fit perfect but oh well... I just need to lower my registration.

 

the third gen boxes ar shaped different.... i'd do a test fit before you buy it. the third gen box kinda curves inward if i remember correctly where as ours are more straight so yes it will be off but i couldn't tell ya how much....
