I had an uncle who was a farmer on the Arkansas River in Colorado. <br>When there was a cold storm rolling through, he used "Poor Man's heater. Took two 100 watt bulbs on extension cord. Placed one bulb down low on each side of block. Worked great for him.<br><br>Power was just restored after 3 hours. The bankrupt PG&E is improving. Over 4 inches of snow in 3 hours in the first wave of this storm. Roads will be icey tomorrow.
