I am very new to diesels and diesel performance. I have a '94 2500 2wheel drive. Totally stock. I am sure this question has been asked at least half a million times, but where should I start for some power up grades? The truck has been babied its entire life (only 121,000 miles). I am doing the exhaust tomorrow, muffler delete and complete 4" all the way out back. I can't afford to go crazy with it, but reading on here I have seen SOME cheap upgrades. Thanks for any help.

For sure check out Bills link...All I could say is WOW.....121,000 miles on a 94...Those are getting rare..
