wheels/tires

i just got an 01 ram 2500 w/ a cummins. my question is how big can i go w/ wheels/tires before i have to lift it.

315/75/16 with minor rub- not suggested for use on stock wheels and if you get aftermarket wheels watch the backspacing. these are around 35"

305/75/16 with no rub- around 33"

285/75/16 no rub- a little narrower than the 305's but same height- around 33"
