They've been in stock and Bob's been shipping them like crazy. Mine was $12.55 from wa to va US priority mail. Comes with a free candy bar if you're still on the fence

Yup! Signed reciept required by Bob.... just good business. Have to pick up at P.O. which adds a day. 
Having been there... it's truly amazing to watch grown men acting like kids the night before their first trip to Disneyland! I certainly was not like that.
