I think he would be better off with a turbo that can cool the comp and sticks.
When i had the comp i could hit 40 psi and crazy temps on a hx35 when i put in jammers i could hit 48 on 1x5 and the sticks. A 62 14 would bennifit him alot more i think than w/m.

I would get the turbo over the water meth IMO...Also I think your better off getting a 62/12 not 14 I'm guessing your running an auto based on your sig you'll run a bit better with a 12 then 14 . IMHO

yeah, im gettin old. LOL

nah man, im buildin a rat rod. i can make it faster than the truck for a lot less.

and besides, if wanted a fast diesel (which i still do, and may end up building another) i would get a 03 or 04 reg cab 2500 2wd. extra light and lots o power

Blackdiesel

Im in the same boat, I like my truck but less money can be spent on a 3rd gen and have alot more power. You had alot of money in your truck and made 520ish, IIRC. A guy the other day with a guy with just a smarty turned 470 or something, add a pressure box and he makes 500+. Yeah youll still need some of the hard parts but the fuel is much easier to get.

I pulled my injectors and Im running the drag comp in EZ, Im really thinking about selling all the other stuff and starting to save for a 3rg gen 4 door dually.
