what should be seen for normal indication?

what should be seen for normal indication?
Put a bunch of stuff in my truck over the last 2 weeks. Wow what a difference. What is normal EGT? Fuel PSI? Boost max and min? Trans temp? etc
I have gunned it with ac on full blast and EGT's barely get over 1000. Now that my radiator is cleaned out and off I never get over mid lever heat with ac on full and sitting in traffic.. Boost is getting around 25-30 max.
