What should i expect from twin turbo kit when it is installed
It is basically just trial and error. The top turbo comes set for use as a single, gated at 40psi. The instructions that come with the twins kit tells you how to adjust it for use in the twin setup. Just follow the instructions and the top turbo will be gated at roughly 18psi or less.
It will push more than that depending on how much fuel you are feeding the engine. Just get'r installed in accordance with the instructions, allow for break in, then romp on it gently and see where boost climbs to. You want to feed them more and more fuel until eventually you are feeding them all the fuel you have, adjusting the wastegate accordingly each time you romp on them to keep boost down if need be.
If your at roughly 450hp, boost should stop climbing at about 50 to 52 lbs as set per the instructions. I suspect that if you adjust the wastegate per the instructions when you put them on, you probably won’t have to mess with them at all. They should be just about right for you.
