With 22* timing, a blown head gasket.

Or, with the injectors, high EGT's.

Expect to be shopping for a new turbo with 370's and a stock plate full forward! Egt's will be nuts.......at the very least, grind the stock plate to a #100 profile and pull it back from full forward but make sure the AFC is full forward! And as Eskimo mentioned, after you have wiped the off your face, expect to replace your head gasket since 22* might be a bit too much advance for your application......cylinder pressures could be too high......the only thing that might save that head gasket is the fact that the stock plate full forward does create a retarded fueling condition and a slight power loss but the #100 will change all that!

Mine is around 16-16.5*, it had slipped to 10-11, and it's much more enjoyable to drive now. If you don't tow at all, i've been told you can go higher.

You'll be REAL happy after you do something with that stock fuel plate, and a 3kGSK!
