I am going to replace my transmission with an ATS unit. I am looking to tow a 10900 dry weight fifth wheel this summer through the Rockies (Yellowstone). What other (cheap) mods should I consider?

Does your truck sit level with the 5er hitched? AirLift bags really helped me. Also the adjustable Rancho 9000 shocks make travel very enjoyable.

 

Sits pretty level with the 5er. I can manage the pin load by loading more in the back of the 5er (Washer/Dryer, misc). I was looking at a set of injectors next, just don't know which ones would be best for what I am trying to do. I also need to get a ebrake before summer too. Gotta love the cost of having fun
