Walbro Install

well me and a buddy installed my walbro392 yesterday. i was amazed how easy it was and how easy the instructions were to read and understand. a big thanks goes out to glacier diesel!! awesome package. the hardest part was cutting the fuel line with a crappy hacksaw, while taking a diesel bath. i showed up to work, and still had some of the sweet smellin cologne still on.

The hardest part for me was to decide what to do once I cut the lines and realized I need a return line to the tank, which was full of fuel that I could not use up because the fuel system was all cut up.
I used a pipe cutter to cut the steel line. Diesel bath was small. When I was working under the truck I managed to drop the pipe cutter on my own face, hitting my front tooth. It felt terrible, hurt the entire day and I said a lot of bad words that I would not like my kids to repeat...

I am not sure where the overflow returns to in your kit. I did not buy a kit, I rigged my own and I added a second 3/8" bypass line to the fuel tank. It is possible that your kit used some other way to return extra fuel to the tank.

Walbro return

My vent line on the filler neck was spliced, so I put a tee in the splice and ran the return there.
