Walbro 392 Question
I am thinking of installing the 392 on my truck and have a few questions.
Has anyone installed one with auxillary fuel tanks?
Mine feeds thru an electrical switching valve that also switches the return lines to the proper tank.
The only diagram I have seen shows the bypass connected to the fuel tank over flow line.
Thanks for any info
Harold

How big are the return lines now? You will need a 3/8 return off the walbro regulator. These pumps more a ton of fuel. If the returns are big enough you should be able to just plumb it in befor the switch valve so it still works. I have my return in my filler neck, so when i fuel up i have to shut down cause the return is moving so much fuel it backs up the pump nozzle and gives you a shower. Trust me i did 3 times till i figured out what was happening .

I think the return line is 5/16, stock size, I can probably go to bigger lines from the tap point to the valve and then to the tanks.
Thanks, Dieselrob
