My truck is acting wierd seems low on power and is cranking a few seconds longer to start. I did the key check for codes and all I got was a generic p1693. Haven't been able to get on a code reader yet but 2 weeks ago when I went to take off I almost put the pedal to the floor and it just felt like terrible turbo lag and then it took off, it has done that once since then yesterday. The other thing is my fuel pressure is flucuating between 14 to 9 but is mostly staying up around 12. Any ideas other than the VP?

Not really. Your symptoms sound exactly like mine did for months. It didn't throw VP codes for quite a while. I replaced mine a month ago.
