Vacuum Pump rebuild kit? Exhaust brake

I am trying to get a exhaust brake setup together on the cheap for my brother in law's 04 Dodge. I have a vacuum pump here from a Jacobs exhaust brake, but it needs to be rebuilt. Does Jacobs sell a rebuild kit for these vacuum pumps? possibly aftermarket?

Since the 03-later trucks don't have vacuum pump, you have to have all the brackets and add-on pulley and belt. If you already have the proper 03-later Jacobs kit, then you can just buy a replacement vac pump from cummins, they're pretty inexpensive...like a little over a hundred bucks.

Thanks, I did a search, got the part# & called Cummins Bridgeport. The part# is 3965925 & costs $159.34. I've read some old posts saying that some different GM pumps will work. I am still researching this, but so far I only have the brake itself which I bought on ebay last night for $305 brand new. I can get the vacuum solenoid & switch from ADT for $120. I'm trying to get a complete kit together for under $500 using all brand new parts, unless of course you guys have some deals.

Why not an electric vac pump? Hauling in Dixie did replace the mechanical one in his truck with an electrical one and had good results.

Just pondering..

I hate to say it, but for that price, and by the time you gather the rest of the necessary pieces, and getting a new vac pump....

I'll have: $305 in brake, $120 in the vacuum solenoid & switch, $159.34 in the vacuum pump. A new Exhaust brake kit is $1100. I'll have $579.34 in a brand new kit + shipping on the exhaust brake. I am working right down the road from the other parts, no shipping on them. I already have a serpentine belt & vacuum lines etc.
