hey everyone.. i just got back from going down to Miami, FL. for a little business trip i needed to take with the wife...... and left north carolina and droove all the way pass the florida border when the fuel light came on... So i pull over to the truck stop to get diesel and i flip the head unit to see what it would say and the first thing that came to my mind was "Damnn......I wish it was that high!!!!......"

 

So what did you actually get?

 

well my actual milage ended up being 23.7 MPG when i did the math based off how much i put in it and the milage i put on the truck that tank of fuel....

 

Still pretty good

 

Very good in my book. I hope to have a US Gear overdrive some day and be in the low 20's.

 

Are you serious! You got 23.7mpg with that beast? What gears do you have and what was your cruising RPM? That is really impressive. I guess diesels dont matter with the mods or power, as long as you just keep it cruising huh.

 

well with the new georend TQ from dave that he custom built for me... my rpms at 75mph is **** smack on 2k....
