Turbo whistle...

What is the loudest turbo or turbo combo yall have come across. While i was out driving last night came across an 02' guy said he had the BD twins but they were not anything like i expected as far as sound, fairly quiet. Was he just bumpin' his gums?

Twins generally sound pretty quiet out the pipe do to all the extra plumbing the exhaust note has to travel through. Depending on the presence of MWE slots, they really sing under the hood once lit, though
