Looks like the test went well. What turbo is it your testin?

As for the wine, it sounds like there might be a boost leak somewhere.
when I did my injector swap, I fogot to completely tighten my clamp from the intercooler hose to the intake manifold.
It caused a whistle/wine much like that but between 10-15 lbs cause it was so loose.
Maybe you need stonger clamps/boots if it is a leak.

Sounds like a leak to me.

 

Possibly the fitting on the boost gauge is leaking? The whine got quieter when you moved the camera away from the guages. I know those little compression fittings can get messed up "really" easy... I should know.

yes it was a boost leak. Taken care of now.
