any body having trouble blowing the clamps off. boost is 40 psi at max.

 

.....make sure there is NO oil on them....and tighten them back up.

 

Spray hair spray on them before putting together, the cheaper the better.
Also use a torque wench at least once to get a feel for how tight they need to be. Most folks don't get them tight as they need be by feel alone. If I'm not mistaken the spec is 70 inch/lbs,
