ok i have a 02 dodge with edge comp. stage 3 injectors (100hp) streight pipe to stacks, afe cold are, banks high ram and my exhaust temp is running about 1400 degrees when i get on my question is what kind of turbo would you reccoment to get all that heat out of there? thanks alot.

 

WOW!!!!! If you plan on keeping what you have & not go bigger, a HTB2 62/65/14 would be perfect for your current setup. What do you do with the truck? Tow? Race? DD?

 

1400 isn't too high for short bursts, but you don't want to tow sustained at 1400. 14000, count yourself lucky that you didn't get burned up when the stacks turned molten and fell on top of your cab.

 

It is the guys first post, may as well let him know what he is in for right off the bat! He could cool it down to maybe 13000 with some nos.

I agree with JLent, a 62 would do well with that setup. Maybe even a 71 exhaust wheel, if your not towing too much.
