Which Turbo?

Everything I have done is listed in my signature. I plan on getting a triple disk TC before I get a turbo, but I was just wondering what would be a good match. I would like a turbo that is good for hauling but not small enough that I peg my pyro within 4 seconds like I do now . Thanks.

I can't believe your running all of that w/ your stock turbo. You'll need at least a 62/12. If you tow I would look at a Silve 62, maybe 64 from II... But you really should run Twins if you want to tow with it, and run it on the street.

How are you running 21* of timing without blowing your head gasket? How do you like all that timing? I think I'm gonna go with 17* for now.

21* of timing and no studs or rings. i think you need to spend your money on the head and worry about the turbo later

Halerazor, how much do studs run? I thought about just putting a marine headgasket on when she blows. My headgasket has been holding pretty well. I've had it timed to 21* now for about 6 months. The head was retorqued when it was timed. I haven't felt any bottom end loss and it really helped out on the EGTs and fuel milage, before the D/V's anyway. When I get a new turbo, I plan for the boost to be no more than 40 lbs. I forgot to add that right now I have a 100 plate all the way back now. Thanks.

laser cuts, big injectors, and hauling might not be good for a single turbo.

No kidding...especially when you blow the head gasket from too much timing, too much air, and too much fuel...

Studs will run you 4-5 hundred if you install them yourself, and while you have the head off you may as well at least put in a marine HG, maybe even have it o-ringed, otherwise your just asking for trouble. I wouldn't go much more than 17, maybe 18* without at least a marine HG, even then I'd think about studs and o-rings.
