Yes you can get the rpm's up there. With TST comp, Smarty, some pretty big injectors, and a few other things I can hit about 38-3900.

ok well i give up, it seems like its definitely something that has to do with the amount of throttle input somehow... the closest thing i think i agree on is the auto trans de fuelling?? oh well.. maybe the smarty will fix that dead area??

If it is the TST defueling, a smarty would fix it, or you should be able to send it to TST and have them remove it. I believe they should be able to program the box pretty much however you want it.
