I was thinking about getting a TST Powermax 3 to stack with my Smarty. Are there any problems with a TST? (i.e. burning up injection pump) Thanks, A.Wall

 

I dont think its any harder on one than the Drag Comp, I've run both and prefer the TST. I am running the Comp version and it shudders the pump pretty hardcore, which im sure can't be good! But I dont think the PM3 has this issue. And it goes great with the Smarty!

 

I would try the PM3 and see how you like it. Im running the TST CE stacked with an EZ and i love it... just like caleb said it does shudder the pump pretty bad on settings 7-9 but the main reason i like it is it doesnt dump fuel out on moderate driving unlike the Edge Drag Comp. Also if you get the PM3 you can upgrade it to the Comp for like $50 or so (i belive)

BTW, I don't know if you have upgraded or not, but a TST/Smarty will SMOKE a stock clutch!

 

Yea if i get the TST ill be getting a SBC Con-Fe
