I'm ready to do the Transgo TFOD-Diesel kit, but I don't have the 3/64 drill bit required for step 4 in this picture. Can I drill it with a 1/16 (1/64 bigger) or should I get a 3/64 bit? I'd like to have this done today, but if it has to be a 3/64 I'll wait and get one. Input?

 

Gman, Pm and I will give you some info on this kit....there are much better way to accomplish what step 4 wants you to do with out some of the drainback issues

 

I've put in that same kit.

I wouldn't begin to tell you what might be if one were to deviate from the instructions, unless you've got time to pull it all out again to do it over.

And I'm not gonna suggest you buy another product in the middle of installing this one.

Seems I recall the kit came with the bits needed. Where's your's?
