Too slow for me..

I just had my trans rebuilt and it doesnt seem like my truck is putting the power to the ground at all..I can mat it and it just revs out real quick like and your goin nowhere fast..cant even roast them without line lockin it..when the trans got rebuilt i just had them put in a single disk billet converter..so my question is could this be makin my truck a super turd? Would throwin n a triple disk help?

Take it back, have the rebuilder troubleshoot it.

I did and they aren't willing to work with me at all..I pretty much had to beg him to adjust the kickdown..but he took it out and claimed it wasnt slipping and the fact that the power wasnt gettin put to the ground has nothing to do with anything he did

Mine has a 91% Suncoast single disk and it definitely puts it to the ground. Sounds like they put a loose converter in there.

Oh yeah, HTS warned me of a triple unless I was going to upgrade to billet shafts because they shift firm and things might break!!!

Im running a Goerend single disk and its tight. Go back and make them make it right. Sounds like you got a stock converter...
