97 auto 3GSK #0 plate FF exhaust and BHAF going with 370 injectors what should I set my timing at? I don't tow heavy under 4K

I have a 91 cummins with a 93 engine and inline pump, it needs a little bit of help on the timing end of things, what would anybody out there suggest for me? It's my occasional daily driver when my wife and I arn't going to the same places. Its a 2wd 3/4 ton with a 5sp.

i love my timing at this, i think anything above 17 is what increases driveline pressures more, and even with twins, my midrange is downright wicked at 16.5 degrees...

I picked up 1.5 miles per gallon goin from 12.5 degrees to 16.5, just FYI...
