Call Imler Diesel in Sac. and talk to Ken, he can recommend a good clutch for you I'm sure. Go here Imler Diesel
You buddy has your back as always I have a real transmission shop that has done 2 transmissions for me and gears for all my Jeeps. Not to mention a Ferd and 2 gens for DTR members already.
Call whom you may call but J&C automotive 530 622-8007. Charlie Freeland is a friend of mine and does excellent work, just ask your fellow DTR members
If you need help just tell him I sent you.

The guys at J and H Performance in Redding specialize in transmissions. I have had all of my work done there and they do a lot of work on Dodge's especially. A few local sled pullers use them for their tranny work. Hard place to beat!!

I have never personally dealt with these guys but I met them at the Oroville dyno days. Troy Chambers and Gary Riley. Seemed to be pretty straight up guys and they did bring a nice ramcharger!!!

I'm planning to replace my clutch soon too. How long does the clutch last? The previous owner said he has never replace it and it has 175K (he got it at 90K). I'm waiting for the factory service manual to arrive so I will have an idea if I will attack this myself.
Is there an aftermarket high performance pressure plate/clutch kit that has a softer pedal feel than stock but has a higher holding capacity? Right now, my clutch leg is more tried from driving this truck then my MR2T with a stiffer clutch but allot shorter travel distance. Whereas, the truck's clutch is slightly softer but has twice the pedal travel distances. (My gf said it's easier for her to drive the CTD then my MR2T because of the softer clutch but I can feel my left leg is working more since it has more travel)
