Think I'm ready now..
Ok. My trans is beefed up, I have the full FASS system and a full set of ISSPRO gauges (fuel pressure, trans temp, pyro and 80psi boost gauge). The most I have seen the boost reach is 18-19 psi. That was empty entering the highway.
1) Is this normal boost for a stock truck?
2) Will the SMARTY require me to upgrade my injectors and turbo?
3) Will upgrading my turbo require me to upgrade injectors?
Now that I have the ground work laid for my trans staying alive and all the monitoring and fuel delivery taken care of, what would be the best course of action?
1st- Smarty 2nd- Turbo 3rd- Injectors?
Not looking for sled pulling power here. What I need is a truck I can drive daily but will pull in the mountains of Colorado.

The boost sounds about right for an 01. These have the HY35 turbo. If you keep the turbo you may want to get a j-hook. This will allow you to build up to 35 or so psi boost with fuel mods. Smarty, Adrenaline, Egde Juice, all good stuff. There is a ton of great boxes, modules, tuners for the trucks. I would have loved to put a set of f1 mach injectors in my truck. Spendy but well worth the money from what I have read here.
