If your front axle is the Dana 60, it's listed fluid capacity is 6.3 - 7.3 pts. A 75W-90 should work well here.

I assume you have a Dana 80 rear axle, it's capacity is anywhere from 6.8 to 10.1 pts.
A 75W-90, or XXW-140 if towing alot would work here. If it's limited slip, you may need additional friction modifier if the clutch packs chatter. I wouldn't get it right away, unless the clutch packs chatter after you change the fluid out. I've got Royal Purple 85W-140 synthetic in mine, and it didn't require the FM.

The OEM fluid in the NVG4500 is Castrol Syntorq LT, which is a 75W-85 GL-4 synthetic fluid. Stock capacity is 4 quarts. Other than the OEM, I've found a 50/50 mix of Redline's MTL/MT-90 GL-4 synthetic manual transmission fluid works well at a fraction of the cost.

The NV241 standard transfer case takes 5 pts. If you have the HD version, it takes 6.5 pts. ATF is the fluid in here. Although Redline's MTL would work as well.

I don't know the capacity of the PS system. I used 1 quart of Valvoline Synpower in mine, by suctioning a little a time out of the pump until I had the entire quart in the system.

Good Luck!
