Swanker Intake?!

Does anyone have one of these intake tubes? If so, lets hear some pros and cons. I noticed the Swanker Intake Banner advertising on the main page. Wouldnt mind trying one out, thats if its better than the ATS.

I emailed him and he replied, that he doesn't have a price yet but has been talking to retailers, he will be doing some dyno testing in the first part of december and start a thread about it when they are ready to sell. It looks like a good flowing intake.

I think they look sweet, and address my biggest issue with the other horns out there, namely that I don't think that for 98% of us they are not worth $400.

Plus it has hookups for drugs

looks like the same sort of stuff as the ATS Arcflow.. it has 3 holes on the side for boost/watermeth and it has another on the top for propane/nos..

id be more worried about the flow thru the intercooler than which intake elbow flows best.. between swanker\banks\ats .. should all flow just about the same.. but ATS and Swanker have the predrilled holes for your toys..

I agree 100%! (see post #5) I have never thought you could see $400 worth of additional airflow through one of the elbows. But for noticably less, and the hookups, one all of a sudden becomes a good investment...

i always wondered why people never made their own intake manis. its only a mandrel bend cut welded to a flange. i guess most people would rather buy one
