Actually, on a dually I like them just the way they are. Don't change a thing!!!

I like the install - looks good......I like the height as well.....the only thing I would change is to have the turn-outs pointing straight back.

I am with big blue on this one tho, i like the mitre cut and no more than above the headache rack on the truck, if it aint available 1-2 inches above will do just fine...
