For general information:

I have a 02' HO and I recently purchased a Superchips 3705 tuner. After installing the tuning I pulled ECM Error code 0602 - ECM fueling error.

I sent the tuner back to Superchips as they said they had a 'fix'. I got the tuner back and I still get the code with the "new version"

Superchips has recommended I return the tuner for a refund as "At this time, we are unable to tune this engine without generating ECM error codes" they went on to say that "we need to get some of these vehicles in so we can tune the program properly"

Apparently the High Output engine needs a completely different program.

Superchips's position on code 0602 is that damage to the engine may result from continued use and that the truck should be returned to the stock engine program.

Yikes, I didn't read that on the box...

I have a buddy with an identical truck to mine and he got the superchips 3 months ago and has just had to spend 5000$ (canadian) on his engine. Don't have all the specifics but I know his turbo had to be replaced among other stuff. He was getting the same error code as me...Coincidence?

Superchips has good support and they have dealt with this issue in a forthright manner - I would encourage other owners of HO trucks that are running superchips and pulling this code to contact them for assistance on this issue.

I'll be getting an Edge EZ now...
