Question Stock LP harness w/ Holley

So my stock LP finally died, i was wondering why with the Holley blue and LP my pressure dropped from 23 - 15. I'm just gonna do away with the LP. What did you do with the harness. My Holley relay is triggered from the LP hot. Will this mess with my ECM?
I'm just gonna complete my big line kit all the way to the FF then to the VP44, bypass the LP. Do i just let the harness dangle or terminate it?

Thats how it should be ran, The lift pump feed triggers a relay! Anything More than a relay you stand a pretty good chance of frying the Circut in the ECM! Also, i think holly blues are regulated to 14psi when you lost your other pump you went to the regulated pres. of the blue!

So do i just let the stock harness hang? or terminate it, won't the ECM think something is wrong with no signal from the LP?

No, Your Holley Lift Pump will trigger from the Factory Location! Also , you can use a power window fuse ! It's best to use the factory trigger wire! Sorry for the confusion!

I have had my stock lift pump unplugged for a week now, Everything is fine..
Just bought a New walbro for $76.00 should be here soon,,I have been running 2 pumps for about a year and a half,,The factory one died the other night on the way to work,,18Lbs to 8 lbs. So meanwhile I took all the guts out of the factory lift pump so it is straight through with a screen, Now just running off the Holley for now, Will install wallbro this week,,, Hopefully the Holley can keep the VP happy for now....

Nope,,,, Factory Harness works just fine. For Almost two years I have run a factory lift pump and my Holley pump off the factory harness and never had a problem. Now I have hollowed out my factory lift pump so it's straight through and have the walbro right in front of the fuel tank. 20 Psi at idle 16Psi at WOT.

See lift pump photos a few post above this one...

Talking

Well i had some goofy things going on with my FP and it was scaring the poop out of me. So today i undeleted the LP and put a new one back in.
what was happening was when i started the truck i would have no FP. then after about 5 minutes it would come up to 10psi.
Now with the new LP and Holley Blue i once again have 21psi idle.

Maybe your Holley needs rebuilding,, They sell a rebuild kit with new rotor and veins and gasket, It's about $9.00
I bought one from my local speed shop.

Maybe i'll buy one to keep around just in case. But my pressures are right back where they were one year ago. I'm happy with it now.
