I bought mine from superlumiation.com the 20 led bulbs per lamp really light up the back of the truck w/ no additional wiring. As for the blinker and stop lights,I needed to install a 3 ohm resistor (load equalizer) to each circuit. Now they work beutifully and super bright! http://www.superlumination.com

I found a company that makes an LED 3157 Bulb replacement with 24 LEDs.

18 are directional and the rest are around the sides. I would get them but the're frickin $48 or $58 each! An other guy selling LEDs on e-bay said the LEDs dont give out as much light. I'm frustrated now and will just leave my standard 3157s in until they blow then I'll probly just get brighter incandescents.

You get what you pay for with LED lights - I bought some of those piece of crap ones from Scummit Racing and was real mad. Then I read a little info at www.ledtronics.com I took a chance and paid the higher price and am very pleased. I found an old Grode mechanical flasher that hits about 80 -90 flashes per minute and when you turn on your signal you get very bright, rapid flashes instantly. The only problem was the 1st gen. lenses have the socket mounted on an angle, making them not quite as bright as a head on view. So a hacksaw blade and some epoxy changed all that and now they point straight back. They are worth the price to me. I just ordered some for the front side marker lights. I like looking at the semi trucks at night, you can tell who has 'em and who doesn't. Jim

Thumbs up

Autolumination has a new 25 LED "matrix" bulb that looks like the ticket for our trucks tailghts. These are supposed to fill the lens better than a regular LED. GREAT prices too.

I have not ordered yet.

Because it looks like a freakin strobe light!!
My BMW gas a flasher/bulb problem I can't track down and the turn signals blink like disco night in your favorite bar.
Sure, it's OK for those people behind me, but it's annoying to watch the indicator in the dash.

I am interestes in the led lighting for my truck. Sounds interesting.

Has anybody tried the square led lites that go on a trailer?
How do they work? I am sick of replacing bulbs all the time .
