Steering Stabilizer

I'm changing out all of my worn out tie rod/ drag link assembly this weekend and I need to get a new steering stabilizer ordered. They seem to range from 40 to 140 bucks. Who has had good experiences and with which brand, or am I wasting my time and money by avoiding the in stock cheap napa part.

I am going to down size to 285 75 16 tires as well. 25K miles to wear out a set of 315 mudders is too fast for my wallet.

Buy a decent OEM replacement from Napa or who ever then invest $200 in a DSS "Darrin's Steering Stabilizer"...
This is the best $200 you'll ever spend on a Cummins/Dodge.

The DSS mounts seperately from the OEM stabilizer.

The DSS is great. I found I needed to replace the stock steering damper with a dual unit from skyjacker to get the wobbles under control though.
Don Thuren offers a nice stout steering linkage assembly but it requires drilling out the knuckles.

Well, i ordered a cheap "big bore" stabilizer from Top Gun Customz on ebay for $40 bucks to my door. It is a Tough Country Nitro 5000 shock, but I couldn't beat that price by more than 5 bucks anywhere.

Did the new stabilizer fix any wander? After I get everything replaced up front, I was thinking about throwing a DSS on there...

Track bar keeps the axle from shifting left and right.
