i have a 2002 2500 Cummins 4x4 with 87000 miles i had my vp44 replaced at 76000 miles and now i have a fass fule pump the 150gph version and now every once and a while when i floor my truck and bring it up he red line and shift if i throw it into nutral it sputters realy bad and runs rough i have the edge with attitude and bd 150 hp injector and the 550 horsepower southbend cluch for add on so dose anyone know what might be goin on.
Also it once stalled out and the shop said there was air in the lines and my fass was wrecked and i had it replaced last week hoping this would fix the problem but it didnt

 

Why would you red-line your rig and then throw into N? Is it de-fueling or bumping against a gov to keep it from scattering? Over revving and floating the valves?

 

i believe its defuel shudder some truck do it and some dont
