Has anyone changed their instrument panel? I found one on ebay that looks like stainless. I think it must involve removing the needles. has anyone done this and is it very difficult?

 

I just tore into mine last week to put blue gel paper behind it. yes you have to remover the needles, there is a tool for it or i used a flet screw driver. they pop straight out. My obnly problem is i didnt set my speedo back on right some how, every other guage workes fine but my speedo is 10mph slower now . i really dont care because i drive by my rpms because my speedo was never right since i put the bigger tires on. But they are fairly simple to work with.
