Specifications for o-ringing the head

Is anyone willing to divulge the specs needed to install/machine the O-rings in a 12 Valve head, so I can give them to a machine shop?

I'd appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

Here are the specs thanks to Doug at PDW.

41 or 51 thousansandths wire
10-12 thousansandths protrusion, reccomend 10 for most cases unless extreme horsepower, requires several re-torquing.
Use a hard wire material, NOT copper.
Stainless steel wire is best.
Cut ring so that it centers on head gasket fire ring.

Also be sure the head is flat and the ring depth in VERY uniform.
