Southbend clutch aluminum circular bracket?

Just opened up the box for my new Southbend DD 3250 clutch. There is a circular aluminum bracket with 3 mounting holes and 3 allen head bolts. What is this and where does it go? I dont see anything in the instructions or in a search.

Did some thinking... is it a relocation bracket for the starter? With the new fly wheel does the starter need to move?

Sounds like the starter spacer, my 13" clutch kit (single) came with one. I'm not familiar with that particular clutch, so call southbend to be sure if it's not in the instructions.

Its the starter spacer, and it is used with that clutch. Surprised they sent socket head cap screws, all the ones I have gotten have been the 12 point heads, like factory.
