Installed my 4" and Southbend clutch this weekend
I can't say enough about the customer service at Southbend. The clutch is very drivable and the pedal is actually softer than stock. Thanks to Peter. The 4" Magnaflow SS exhaust is awsome too. The install was very easy, and the truck sounds great. The 5" stainless tip looks nice. I recommend these two products to anyone wanting to upgrade. Clutch=1123.00 Exhaust=400.00 Tip=75.00 Total time=6hours
I had it straightpiped with the stock exhaust and had a bad drone problem. With this exhaust I noticed the drone is gone. My mileage has gone up and egts went down. Sorry about the clutch specs, I will put them in my sig. It is the 13-1.25OFE. It isn't as loud as I would have expected(from inside the cab), but that is OK. I can hear the turbo more now, but when I open a quad cab wing vent you can hear it rumble. I haven't opened the rear slider yet, but I bet it sounds sweet. The tip really adds to the appearance of the truck.
