guys I am haveing a hell of a time with this thing, peter says with the DD to get the quietest noise while the best shifting performance, I can get the noise down but the shifter is a bear to get in gear with the truck running some times, not all the time however. Also when I seem to get the best of both worlds while runnning I shut it off then it won't sart becuase the clutch sensor is not activated any help here would be appreciated, the clutch and throw out bearing is fine before.With the engine off the tranny is 10 times better if it makes a differnce I have a feeling this is all adjustment buyt I can't seem to get the rod set right.

 

My DD is starting to loosen up a bit after about 1000 miles. I have heard of a couple of guys DDs taking alot of miles to break in.
