If your wanting HP # on a smarty/comp stack, I'm going to say little to none. the curve will be flater. I just don't like the smarty/comp stack, as well as the smarty/tst. JMO

your stock turbo was tapped out with just the comp. add in 110hp injectors you already have and now wanting a smarty....your money is better spent on more air, cooler air.

well ive been reading on here people building their own twin set up for cheaper than getting a single...if i changed turbos would the intercooler and headstuds need to be swaped as well?

I agree with pgilles that you need air more than another box.

Intercooler should be fine at that point, but studs are always a good idea. I've been running a phatshaft turbo for over a year w/o studs pushing 47 lbs of boost and the head gasket is holding with 160+ miles on it Long term, plan on studs; short term you *should* be fine without but no guarranties.

And you're right there are lots of guys runnings their stock turbo over a htb3 or s400 turbo with good results. There's also some great singles out that can support simular power.

Looking at your sig it looks like you need to adresss your fuel system so get that done and start shopping for turbos and saving for tranny parts. This is about to start getting expensive so beware
