Smarty???

Would a SMARTY do me any good stacking with the Edge? If so where would it supply the extra power? Thanks in advance.

IMO. it wouldn"t be $$$ well spent. Get a bigger charger, if you want to spend some money. JMO

Smarty stacked with an Edge would not work out very good. You can only use the no timing added settings on the Smarty, which will defeat what the Smarty is great at to begin with.

Stacking the Smarty with a fueling box would be the way to go...TST Powermax3, Quadzilla Xzillaraider, etc. Seems like TST PM3 and Smarty is the stack to have with the 2nd gens.

Scott07, not arguing, but have you ever ran a smarty with an edge? I would not be without my smarty/edge stack and I have heard, no personal experience, that the tst/smarty stack will shudder the pump on the upper settings. I have also heard numerous people who have run both stacks say they prefer the comp/smarty stack for over all driveabiltiy and smooth power.

Yes, I have driven trucks with the Edge/Smarty stack along with the TST/Smarty stack.

I hear mixed things though...

Some like the Edge/Smarty and some like the TST/Smarty stack.

Currently I am debating between stacking mine with the Edge Drag Comp or TST Power Max3....

I have both with the smarty and prefer the drag comp over the pm3.

Nice, I was just wondering if you were drawing from personal experience or just research, yea both setups have their advocates...

I have the smarty and juice with rv275s. It runs pretty darn well and no problems. If I didnt have the edge I probably would go with a tst so I could take advantage of the smarty timing but I cant complain about the setup I have at all.

A few of my buddies around here are running the Smarty stacked with a Drag comp, running timing on both...seem to be running real good. 40lbs of boost with Smarty and 150hp injectors, and around 60lbs of boost with the Smarty, injectors, and drag comp on...this is on a stock turbo as well...

Yes, unless his boost gauge is lying.

I have no idea how anything is holding up...stock turbo and I believe head gasket and studs...
