Silver bullet help

I am working on getting a bigger turbo and my friend who runs a SB tells me to get the same. I am currently running everything in my sig and can PEG the pyro to 1600 at wot. I need more air! I don't tow at all, except maybe a small trailer with some dirtbikes other than that this truck is a hot rod daily driver and street racer

Throw an s400 under that 62/14. It will rip.

I agree twins time trhat is the way I willbe going the heck with the single. If you want the power across the board start saving for the twins. I like my turbo but i know i will like the twins more!!

I just swapped to the Silver bullett, best turbo I've ever ran, but if you are willing to pay the extra green twins is the way to go...But as far as a single goes I will always run the silver...

If you can afford twins their awsome, but for single chargers the Silver Bullet seems to make awsome power and have the best street manners as far as lighting.

Cool

I was looking to stay on the single turbo path but I've thought about twins before. Lot faster to spool than a SB by itself? How much easier/more fun to drive if any? I probably could afford twins and make my own stainless intake piping but something is just to cool about the SB. Just need some help here guys.

You would do more for speed to swap out that 5 spd for an auto than any turbo upgrade.

if you can, go with the twins.they have been my best mod yet. i have had a 62/14-71 and a 66/14-65 turbo. now i have 10lbs of boost at 1300rpms and no smoke with the twins. they made the truck fun to drive.

Big Blue the old 5spd. is holdin for now but I'm plannin an auto swap in about 3 months or so. Can't wait it's gonna be awesome Twins sound great but I want to give the big single a try. I have heard some good things but if it doesnt work out there will be twins. Just how much easier is it to drive twins?

The twins will be higher maintenance (more chance of leaks) but they also will have a MUCH broader power curve. The "area under the curve" of a twins setup will dwarf a single at the same peak HP levels.

Don't think of twins as "faster" spoolup, bit think of them as "bigger" spoolup. Twins give you more air earlier, but don't give you the big "hit" like when a single turbo lights.
